Anushka is an actor as well as a producer in Bollywood. She is among the highest-paid actresses and won numerous awards for her performance. Anushka Sharma born 1st May 1988, Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. Anushka was born to an officer who had retired. and her mother is a housewife. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother who was a member of the Merchant Navy is now a film director. Anushka has completed her studies at Army School Bangalore. She is also a bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore. Anushka is a graduate with a Master of Arts degree in Economics. Anushka wasn't interested in being an actor but rather as a journalist or model. Anushka enrolled in Elite Model Management after graduating in the field and received training from Prasad Bidapa, the stylist consultant. In 2017 Anushka had her first modeling experience for the designer Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show at Lakme Fashion Week and was chosen by him to be the finale model at The Spring-Summer 2007 collection. Anushka Sharma has participated with a number of campaigns for brands after her Lakme Fashion Week debut. They include ads for Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka took an acting class before beginning to audition for film roles in addition to her modelling career. Anushka appeared as an actor with Shah Rukh Khan opposite Anushka. In her screen test she refused to perform the test in a hurry and instead spent one day to get ready. After that, she signed up for three movies with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she appeared performed the role of a young girl who married a middle aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka played Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang and Vir Das in the movie Badmash Company. The film received mixed reviews. In the same year, Anushka Sharma appeared in the movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat' along with Ranveer Singh, in which she played an upper-middle class Punjabi girl who starts her own business of wedding planning. The movie received positive reviews and proved to be a surprise hit. Anushka had signed her three-film contract with Yash Raj Films.
